The big Egg Hunt at School

Addie was all excited because she got the GOLDEN egg, but when we got it home it just had nerds in it. She still thought she was special!!!

At preschool each child decorated an egg carton as their basket. I thought it was a great idea because then each child got the same number of eggs. Once your basket was full you got all the eggs you were going to get.

Egg Dying...

Addie loves to dye some easter eggs. I think she really enjoys it, until her crazy mother has to be a little bit of a control freak and throws the dye out as soon as the eggs are done so she won't make a super big mess.

Looking pretty good girlie!! Has anyone ever eaten the eggs after their dyed? Well, the box tells you not to, but Chris ate them last year, "Don't throw those out, those cost money." He survived, but I threw them in the trash this year before he could eat them. I mean how gross is that?
